Charcoal Homestead Brinovec

The homestead in the Charcoal Land at Dole near Litija preserves the more than 200-year-old tradition of cooking charcoal, which you can also buy from Brinovec. Organised group tours, guided tours of the special features of the Charcoal Country and educational programmes for schoolchildren can be arranged. There is a picnic area for groups of up to 100 people near the charcoal hut. A goulash cauldron, barbecue facilities and a pot for baking are available. In summer, it is also possible to spend the night in the hut (on the floor).
