Permanent collection of Sava pebbles

The Sava River basin has an exceptionally rich geological heritage, which you can discover in Breg pri Litija. It is in this area that the Sava River forms the largest meanders on its route and where the river builds its largest gravel pits. More than 300 Sava pebbles are on display here in a unique permanent exhibition. The collection of rocks from the geological heritage of the Sava River was created in cooperation with the Natural History Museum of Slovenia.
